Terms and Conditions | Fast Clean Bins (2026)

By scheduling services with Fast Clean Bins, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure the safety of our technicians, the longevity of our equipment, and the highest quality service for your property.

1. Customer Responsibilities:

To ensure a successful service visit, customers must adhere to the following:

  • Empty Bins: All trash cans must be completely empty of waste prior to our arrival.

  • Curbside Access: Bins must be placed at the curb or in a pre-arranged, easily accessible location by the service time on your scheduled service day.

  • Outside Water Connection: We will need to have access to any outside water line to operate the machinery we have. Customers may refuse but a refusal is refusing the work so please keep it in mind before you book an appointment.

  • Prohibited Materials: We cannot clean bins containing hazardous waste, including but not limited to:

    • Motor oil, paint, or chemical solvents.

    • Human or animal waste.

    • Construction debris (concrete, plaster, or hot ash).

    • Medical waste or sharps.

  • Missed Service: If bins are not empty or accessible, we reserve the right to skip the service while still applying a $15 cancelation fee on next appointment date to cover operational costs.

2. Subscription & Payments:

  • Automatic Billing: For subscription plans (monthly), your credit card on file will be charged automatically before or on the day of service.

  • Pricing Adjustments: Fast Clean Bins reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice provided via email or website update.

  • Monthly Subscription: This service comes with( two) visits a month with unlimited trash bins. (CANCEL ANYTIME)

  • First time sign-up’s: Receive a ($5 DISCOUNT)

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellation Notice: To cancel or pause a subscription, you must provide written notice (email) at least 5 business days before your next scheduled billing cycle.

  • Rescheduling: Changes to your service date must be requested by 5:00 PM the day prior to service.

  • Inclement Weather: For the safety of our fleet, services may be postponed due to severe weather. We will notify you via text or email of the rescheduled date.

4. Liability & Safety:

  • Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for damage to bins that are already cracked, brittle, or have broken hinges/wheels.

  • Sanitization Disclaimer: While our high-pressure process eliminates up to 99.9% of common bacteria, we cannot guarantee the total removal of deeply embedded stains (such as old paint or oil) or the permanent prevention of future contagion.

  • Property Access: If you request service inside a gate or garage, Fast Clean Bins is released from liability regarding any surrounding property damage.

  • Traveling farther than 10 miles from base location address will accrue a 1 dollar every 1 mile charge.
